Leading Generation & Operation department:

1.PPA: (Power Purchase Agreement) reviewing/checking.

2.GSA: (Plant Gas Supply Agreement) reviewing/checking.

3.Closely check Plant Daily Energy Report check (Efficiency/Capacity Factor & Heat Rate).

4.Developing and implementation of the plant performance plan and efficiency improvement.

5.Carry out ACT (Annual Capacity Test) & Equipment performance testing.

6.Company-O&M: Operation & Maintenance Agreement) reviewing/checking.

7.IMS (ISO): (Instigated Management Standard) certification implementation and checking.

8.Monitoring & Review Daily Energy Reports, Daily Operation Reports and monthly O&M report inputs.

9.Perform root cause and cost/benefit analysis of performance deficiencies.

10.Collect & Compile documentary requirements/reports for monthly energy billing & fuel consumption and other as for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Gas Supply Agreement (GSA), etc. send to Owner.
