Managed day-to-day operations of 16 locations to ensure sales transactions, customer payments, and collection activities were appropriately performed in accordance with the company's operations procedures, policies, and all applicable state laws. Responsible for increasing store profitability through customer relationships and development, community involvement, marketing, and soliciting new business sources.
