Mr. Tillotson graduated from Chabot College with a degree in Construction Technology. His ability to successfully manage operations comes from more than 40 years of construction experience as a General Contractor as well as an Owner of a construction company. Mark has also continued his education in Construction Management and Claim Avoidance.

Mr. Tillotson is responsible for direct supervision over all assigned projects. Mark provides leadership and guidance to the team to assist them in planning, implementing and coordination of the work, securing timely and economical completion of all projects with high quality and profits consistent with the established goals and missions. Mark reports to the President assuring that all job functions shall be accomplished including safe work practices, instructing all subordinates in, and enforcing all OSHA safety requirements/guidelines, in addition to all company policies and procedures. He is held directly accountable for safety performance, field production & quality. Monitors job cost, schedules, and quality of work. Reviews projects to be bid or negotiated as to staffing, planning, schedule, labor cost, construction methods and equipment needs. Selects and places key personnel for field assignments. Necessary record keeping including inventory and location of tools and equipment. Assist in project development and client maintenance. Assist in the recruiting and training of personnel. Consults with Principals on major system and equipment purchases. Estimate, prepare bid scopes and bid evaluations, write / review subcontracts and purchase orders to assure that the scope of work is accurate and complete. Monitors overall quantity and quality of work performed by the Company.
