• Executed over $2M in contract de-obligations with proven success managing project close-out in perfect compliance with regulations.

• Led a team of closeout professionals to understand Government Policies on “use of space” and responding to Government requests and demands. Instructed the team in identifying and labeling all close out boxes, in addition to making a spreadsheet of each file in closeouts. Provided recommendations of Government closeout policies and executed each policy in turn. Receive an award for providing the regulations, executing the regulations, therefore meeting the Government expectation for a closeout team.

• Initiated a procurement and contracting review team. This team provide contracting regulations and policies to the technical elements.
