SUMMARY
With experience leading IT departments at several companies, I succeed by being focused on creating teams that are collaborative, innovative and driven to perform at the highest level. As a leader in consulting organizations, I seek to identify solutions and lead implementations that benefit my clients as well as my employer. I excel at examining processes using data-driven methodologies and finding dynamic solutions that maximize asset production. I strive to find the right balance between leveraging existing architecture, infrastructure and systems, and implementing investments in new technologies. From the C-suite to line managers to end users, from on-site to remote site personnel (including off-shore teams), I listen and learn to formulate and execute solutions that aid in achieving strategic goals. My ability to overcome challenges is strengthened by knowing when to lead, when to coach and when to work beside my teammates to ensure a positive outcome. I respect the organization, the group and the goals, and seek to earn respect in return. My commitment and energy are equally divided across the three pillars of any organization: employees, customers and shareholders.

From 2018 through 2023, I was responsible for overall engagement and account management for multiple banking and manufacturing clients of the CGI Columbus office. Financial accountability for budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and reporting
Business development in the form of marketing CGI, relationship building, proposals, contractual negotiations, client development plans, competitor awareness and analysis and closing deals
