Sustainability Project Manager (Execution reducing GHG & H20)

US Citizen, with project management experience executing energy efficiency project creation, reading & releasing technical drawings, creating specifications, using gant charts to deliver projects on time. Sustainability Director and project manager at $5Bil privately held tire warehouse & distributor for 114 facilities in 45 states and Mexico. Created Sustainability strategy, defined, designed and executed energy efficiency sustainability projects through site commissioning. Created corporate sustainability glidepaths and utilized feasibility studies to create capital expense budget. Ran formal market tests with Purchasing, selected nationwide and global suppliers collaboratively by partnering with site managers to execute material delivery & installation without impacting daily facility operations. This included large distribution centers, warehouses, and data centers. Sustainability Business Development – C-suite influencer & cross functional collaborator for businesses and college campuses who conducts discovery calls to identify gaps in sustainability plans. Chief Engineer, Driveline Systems (2009-2014) – Created AWD all-wheel drive strategy and implemented product programs including torque vectoring and fuel-efficient disconnecting driveline. First VFG in Ford to achieve (0) TGW (things gone wrong). Expanded winter test capability, obtained $90Mil Cap-Ex funding to build internal rear drive unit. Led new equipment installation in Sterling MI Axle plant.
