Evaluate stock levels of all CAO (computer assisted ordering system) categories daily by physically reviewing the storage and display shelf locations, in bound shipments and warehouse inventories

Collect data necessary to update and adjust inventory using radio-frequency hand-held terminals; perform daily inventory audit of items not-in-stock and make necessary overwrites of those items

Perform duties of Warehouse Receiver: Checking and logging in vendor deliveries when arriving; verifying deliveries with invoices of drivers; insuring all items delivered are entered into the inventory system in numerical order; and, processing credits for products that are returned to drivers

Interfaces with all levels of management and deal directly with commercial distributor/vendor stocking representatives on issues affecting CAO to ensure files, logs, and reports are complete and accurate

Routinely called upon by managers and colleagues to handle questions or resolve issues raised by customers

Perform a full range of “swing” assignments to enable the organizational agility for the organization to respond to a wide range variables while maintaining customer satisfaction and store profitability; these range from checking identification of patrons entering the store to staffing a checkout position to operating a forklift to unload product from truck and moving products in the warehouse using a hand truck
