• Dispatching and managing staff schedules during normal tram service and degraded and emergency scenarios

• Monitors and controls tram operation daily in cooperation with the operations and maintenance teams

• Assess the performance of the Tram drivers in liaison with the operation manager

• Checking the maintenance and alignment checklist before each run to ensure the Tram is safe to open for operation on alignment, in case of issues communicate and coordinate with technicians and resolve the issues.
