Coordinator/Planner

oThe Project Coordinator will manage equipment replacement projects (which may include multisite locations), supporting clients and business customers.

oPlans sequencing of projects and directs employees, vendors, and third parties to accomplish tasks within agreed-upon time limits.

oSupports the company's business operations by negotiating installation, platform, and production solutions on the company's behalf to ensure project success.

oRegularly exercises discretion and independent judgment to ensure project serviceability.

oMay coordinate with Construction to build new infrastructure to support equipment replacement.

oVerifies all third-party inspections are completed and passed, and final checks are completed and passed inspector.

oCommunicate with Operations, Inspections, and Engineering while developing detailed plans.

oWork with vendors on estimates, material time limits, prefabbed equipment, and pipe spools.

oCoordinate pre-turnaround and turnaround activities between multiple contractors and the owner.

oOverseeing inspection staff of all pipelines. Managed progress billing, change orders, redlines, and weld mapping. Coordinate with Engineering, Management, and Operations during ongoing projects and Commissioning.

oOverseeing Welding, Civil, Environmental, Coating, and Safety. Overlooked inspection staff to ensure Construction was completed to Rimrock Energy specs. Provided proper documentation is being performed. Assist in progress billing and RFIs. Coordinate with Engineering, Management, and Operations during ongoing projects and Commissioning. Ensured all were in service.

Coordinator /Senior General Foreman OSBL

As Coordinator, I review work method statements, ITPs, and piping specifications. Coordinate with the EPC contractor regarding any quality issues or concerns in the field.

oDaily surveillance in the field to ensure the contractor follows preservation procedures, checks the cleanliness of pipe systems and equipment, and daily line walks of piping systems to prevent the construction quality and proper bolting of piping and equipment to ensure a successful startup.

oAssist in Pre-review of pneumatic test packs to ensure that test boundaries are properly marked; test boundaries are marked at spec breaks; also verify test limits on P&IDs are consistent with ISO's.

As Piping General Foreman, my duties consist of coordinating with the EPC contractor to mitigate unforeseeable issues or roadblocks.

oCreate and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking piping progress and quantities.

oWork with Project Controls to analyze the weekly supervisor progress report to confirm progress and see where progress lags.

oWork with engineering on piping or support issues found in the field.

oFollow pipe fabrication progress to ensure the correct piping spools were delivered on time to match the onsite progress.
