United States Air Force Mountain Home AFB, ID 2022 – Present Accessories Flight Superintendent

Led, mentored, and oversaw 70 personnel coordinating aircraft maintenance on 61 F-15 Strike Eagle’s aircraft fuel systems, electrical systems and egress ejection seats while assigned to Mountain Home, ID.

• Directed around the clock, 24-hour aircraft accessory maintenance and production for 61 F-15’s valued at $6.5B.

• Responsible for 3 separate work centers, coordinated logistical acquisitions teaming with outside organizations and ensured the health, welfare, and morale of the 70-person team resulting in the award for the Senior Non-commissioned Officer of 2022.

• Reviewed status of projects and budgets to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget; assessed project issues and developed solutions to meet production, quality and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. United States Air Force Al Udeid AB, Qatar 2022 – 2022 Quality Assurance Chief Inspector

Deployed to Al Udeid AB, Qatar as a Quality Assurance Chief Inspector leading a team of 19 personnel and conducted 1,600 quality verification inspections in support of global operations for 742 aircraft maintainers while assigned for a period of 6 months.

• Directed employment of a 4-month continuous process improvement event that eliminated 277 hours of waste and decreased aircraft maintenance mishaps 54%.
