Activities included business process analysis, writing an Information Technology Implementation Plan; defining taxonomies, migrate legacy SharePoint environment to newer SharePoint efforts, documenting the Information Technology network architecture.

Assigned as Operations Officer in a Field Artillery Brigade administering a $20 million Operations and Training budget. Duties included planning, supervising and coordinating executive level operations related to training, readiness and deployment.

Transitioned Field Artillery Brigade to full digital capability by consolidating all command, control, communications, computers and information systems (C4IS) into the AFATADS digital fire control system.

Retired as Colonel, culminating in three executive level duty assignments; two Logistic Element Brigade Commands and Director of Ammunition Support Element-Army Sustainment Command. Additional leadership assignments include Commandant of US Army Field Artillery Regional School house, twice as an Artillery Battery Commander and Commander of a US Army Field Hospital.

Led three successful executive level Brigade commands. All three were new commands that I stood up, formed the staff, trained the unit and obtained operational certification.
