I was hired by the CEO and worked directly with him and the President. My responsibilities included setting up the Delivery group with specific templates and documentation examples. I was responsible for staffing all projects with the President, tracking all financials for delivery projects, and getting involved with all projects that showed up as missing their targets. I was responsible for meeting with clients to check on their satisfaction and to address any issues that may be in the way of us achieving that. I was also a member of the Executive team, the Corporate PMO, and the Project Oversight Group. Participated in four weekly meetings with the CEO. Example Work Scope:

• Sales Focused – Was responsible for selling ongoing work around delivery and maintenance for all projects. Met with the clients and negotiated prices and wrote SOWs and CRs. Directly responsible for writing 3.8 million in contracts over the last year.

• Project Focused – Created a project kick-off template, an overall project status template, a requirements template, and project testing templates. In addition, I worked with the project managers so that we could properly report status to both the client and the PMO/Executives in regular weekly directors’ meetings and monthly managers meetings.

• Staffing Focused – Was responsible for meeting with the CEO and President to review staffing plans for new projects and dealing with any staffing issues on existing projects.

• Client Focused – Discussed client situations with Directors and Managers. Put together a plan to get them back on track or meet with the client if the Director or I felt it would be helpful.

• PMO Focused - Created or assisted in the creation of SOW and CR templates. Responsible for tracking all PMO initiatives, assigning them for completion, and reporting on status at a weekly PMO meeting with the CEO.

• Executive Focused – Maintained and reported on all projects from a status and budgetary perspective (budget used, time remaining, and budget remaining). Also created and maintained an executive summary of upcoming staffing as well as a recap of existing staffing problems.

In joining Accenture in 2021, I transitioned from my compensation-based focus to an Oracle based focus. While taking several Oracle based training courses to prepare me for my first Oracle project, I was put on an SAP/Callidus based compensation project. Subsequently, I was assigned to a number of responsibilities on an existing Oracle project, capitalizing on both the Oracle training as well as my background in large systems project management.

• Equitable – Managed a team of SAP and Accenture consultants to rebuild a Callidus/SAP based compensation system from a server-based installation to an updated cloud-based system to support splitting Equitable from AXA. There were no tools or shortcuts to assist us. As a result I had to create the workplan and manage everyone to keep the team on schedule. • Unleashed Machines - Completed a strategic market strategy review and presented the findings to the client CEO. Following that effort, managed and completed a Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the selection of sales software.

Other Specific Project Experience Available on Request. DELOITTE CONSULTING – Houston, TX November 2015 to April 2020 SPECIALIST MASTER (A.K.A. PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER) As a Specialist Master, with expertise in Sales Performance Management software, was responsible for managing all phases of multi- million-dollar projects, as well as keeping up with the SPM vendors to maintain my broad knowledge base. Also maintained client communications with executive levels within the client. Example Clients and Work Scope (All work scope includes Budgeting and Tracking, and Vendor Management):

• Humana Inc & Unum. - Responsible for creating and distributing RFP, RFI, and Project Software Selection script documents and gathering software selection requirements at an L4 level. Was also responsible for setting up scoring sheets and selecting the “best” vendor from those documents and the software demonstrations.

• MSC Industrial Supply Co. - Program Manager from inception to completion of an 18-month SAP implementation. Skills utilized: Hybrid Agile Methodology, requirements gathering, tracking multiple build teams, and testing assistance and oversight. In addition to being featured at the 2018 SAP Customer Experience Live conference in Barcelona, the project enabled MSC to do the same work with 2-3 less FTEs.

• Cushman Wakefield - Created and executed a coordinated End-to-End Integration Test that followed transactions from creation through approval, cash application, commission calculation, payment, and reporting (across all elements of the combined application system architecture).

• BMC Software – Oversaw the delivery phase of a combined custom Quota Workflow tool and Callidus Installation. Was able to work with the client to set expectations, troubleshoot issues and changes identified by the client, and ultimately managed the production implementation of the Quota Tool.

• Nokia - Responsible for selling all phases of the TCS replacement of a Callidus retail compensation system. Worked with client management to manage expectations and ensure that global communication issues (technical and cultural) did not hamper the configuration or roll-out schedule of the TCS application in North America, Europe, and China.
