Comprehensive Logistics • Dearborn, MI Operations Manager – Launch Team Aug 2022 – Aug 2023

Managed and operated as a trouble shooter for the corporate travel team. I would travel to our production facilities in order to root cause and address any issues that affected production, manpower, materials, and any process and procedure non-conformances. Worked closely with the various travel team groups to help the local staff identify their deficiencies and develop a plan that would allow them to correct issues and to manage them going forward. I also was a process specialist, tasked with identifying process failures which were affecting operations. After accessing the issues, I would determine the cause and write or update their procedures to address the non-conformances.

Spencer Butcher Group • Sterling Heights, MI Shift Manager – Operations Oct 2020 – Aug 2022

Manage and oversee all operational processes at a 3PL supplier for the SHAP production plant. My duties include ensuring the on-time delivery of sequenced material via our third-party logistic partner, utilizing both our shipping, and receiving docks. Worked as an Operations Manager overseeing all inbound receiving functions. Managed on-site yard management and logistics carriers to ensure on time route departures.
