Key of Responsibilities:-

Site Supervision and management for all finishes activities and maintenance works till handing over in constructions & Fit-out projects.

Coordinating with sub-contractors and MEP activities as per clients’ standards.

Designing of interior fit-out works for tenders and execution drawings as well.

Prepare & Coordinate between structural & architectural shop drawings.

Design and modify architectural solutions for villas, commercial and residential buildings plus governments’ projects in the finishes stages moreover the interior decorative solutions.

Reviewing the B.O.Q, Specs & Drawings to Prepare and submit MAS’s for all materials for different trades (Civil & MEP)

Coordinating between the submission of the materials and Cost Control Dept. to match with the project's budget & Construction Program.

Coordinating and following up with procurement department for the re- submission of the materials to match the consultant/client’s comments and requirements to obtain the final approval and proceed for purchasing it.

Prepare and Follow up with sites for the materials, tools sub-contractors and vendors invoices finalization.

Prepare the MR through KISS FLOW (online software for Material requisitions).

Issuing of Materials Requisitions through ERP system EPICOR.

Documenting all kind of correspondences in a hard & soft copy files by using online storage software (ALFRESCO) plus working as a Team leader for company’s document controllers and project coordinators.

Quantity surveying for all civil aspects manually plus using Microsoft

(PLANSWIFT).

From March 2013 till March 2014 working in Accreditation Corner L.L.C in constructions Department in the technical office as a Project Engineer:

Project:- Construction of Taraneem Villas In al Khoud . consists of 20 Nos. of villas – Project's value:-1.344 Million R.O

Responsibilities:-

Design for villas, compounds, residential and commercial buildings.

Prepare architectural & Structural shop drawings.

Programming work strategies daily, weekly & monthly.

Appropriate Coordination with contractors, sub-contractors in technical issues.

From March 2012 till March 2013 working in AL SONNAA INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT L.L.C as a Project Engineer (Architect) in the Technical Office & Site.

Coordinating with MEP and infrastructure sub-contractors& technical office in compliance with site conditions.

1. IN EGYPT:

From October 2008 up to March 2009 worked in FORM L.L.C; in the field of COMPACT partitions and CORIAN works which using in several projects’s toilets in high quality like: Malls, Hotels, Clubs, Hospitals, Restaurants, Factories, and Airports. Participated in execution in many projects like: Petro Sport club, Coca-Cola factory, Almaza Airport. Job Title “Project Manager”:

1. Architect in the technical office & FIT-OUT Designer. 2. Projects Supervision in finishes stages, plus fit-out execution works. 3. Reviewing submittals like invoices, drawings etc. by sub-contractors for different Activities.
