● Submitted all RFQ for domestic freight pick-up as it pertained to the MFG division. I negotiated where it was necessary to uphold the interests of my employer.

● Tracked and overseen delivery of import containers from China, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.

● Worked for procurement on shipments that were in the planning stages for smooth transition once approved.

● Helped with air freight quotes and assured delivery to the correct location.

● Shipped all international packages for the MFG side and tracked until delivered to the entity.

■ I processed commercial invoices and export documents after arranging the transportation coordination of all the international moves required to ship products to our Subsidiaries International Finished Goods, raw materials, key components, documents, etc (Ocean Port LCL and FCL). Air shipments as well as West Coast outbound shipments to expedite ocean freight time. I would expedite order/freight for customer needs.

■ Negotiate shipping quotes as necessary (both spot quotes and temporary shipments to US territory islands).

■ I was involved in the integration of a new business unit for processing orders and inventory for shipment in quarantine internationally.

■ Worked with planning to develop lead times with regard to production, quarantine time and transit times necessary to satisfy customers.

■ Provided customer service needed to support the planning group with both inbound and outbound customs releases as well as arranged both receiving and shipping of back orders. I became more involved with customer service recently ever since the Asia-Pacific Region planner retired.

■ Inventory tracking and moving as required with a high level role systems testing for new WMS.

● Researching cycle counts shortages and overages in alignment with checking on discrepancies in the BOL.
