Manage and coordinate hatchery activities: Manage day to day operation of the hatchery including scheduling billing and overseeing employees.

Manage and coordinate key hatchery activities such as, egg pickup and delivery, care, incubation and hatching, grading, vaccination, preparation and shipping of chicks and be on standard.
