• Reading of fuel gauges, lighting, consoles, design of connectors, harness wiring and development of chassis brake systems, glass channel, seal, weather strip and seal static and dynamic seal doors closure, steering suspension, fuel exhaust, engine transmission power train diagnostics, systems engine calibration (STA), (PPAP), (DVP), (PMT).

• Placing alerts with WERS of designs for seats restraints and interior trim, brackets and doors hinges assisted with fabrication and body control systems design.

Responsibilities were but were not limited to:

• Design and development of chassis systems.

• Design review of document steering, suspension fuel exhaust cooling system, HVAC systems, tire pressure monitor transmission and gears and axles emissions, restraints seating for interior trim, exterior trim door.

• Check systems assembly door hinges and bracket.

• Design and development and BOM, requirement to ensure design are manufacturing to bop.

• Established requirements to support process within and across the HRC and SST group to communicate pip, cost, budgeting error proof reading improvements document and component issues (DFMEA) and lighting distances of RPM, restraints, seating, head and arm rest, headliners, fuels systems, harness wiring, seals step plates, emblems, doors trim, weather stripping, exterior cladding, molding, windows glazing and lighting.
