As one of the plant distillation operators I am responsible for running all the distillation processes of hazardous waste for my shift. Full distillation life cycle. Processing incoming tank wagons and rail cars to our stills. Running multiple distillation processes and product transfers simultaneously. Loading/filling live customer tank wagons and drums. Using sit-down, forklifts when needed and performed a plethora of other tasks required of me. Communicating and coordinating with management, receiving office, safety inspector as well as customers.

As one of the plant operators I was responsible for producing Ultra High Purity gasses required in the semiconductor production industry..

Main responsibilities included:

●Plant operation monitoring and troubleshooting (Cylinder handling, pre-startup safety checks, main production phase monitoring and holds or shutdowns, etc)

●Reactor loading, setting various plant parameters per safety instructions and customer recipe requirements, batch or continuous distillation, filling customer cylinders and plant maintenance.
