As Counselor I have processed inmates thru the intake process, and interviewing newly admitted inmates. I am familiar with CIM policy and I am CIM certified. I am also process involved with pre-release programs and unit pre-release activities. I am familiar with inmates assigned to my caseloads and with the inmate assignments or inmates work detail. I have immediately resolved inmate conflicts on serval units throughout mediation, and counseling to resolve internal or external conflicts. I have provided anger management for pre-trial inmates and have provided on the spot counseling to other inmates throughout the institution. I am an active member of Unit Disciplinary Committee at Metropolitan Correctional Center. I have process disciplinary reports and have chaired the process.
