I was in a key club and had been a member for two years. One of the many things I am interested in is helping people. We went to food banks, raised money for charity, threw a car wash and yard sale for our school, picked up trash in our community, etc. I was also a Sports Medicine trainer and I worked with many others who taught me new things.

I worked as a shift leader. I knew all positions at the stations. I worked at the POS register,baked and served food and beverages. I prepared and made the menu items with the dough. Made drinks,pretzels and handled the food warmer. I worked there over a year until the mall closed down after covid.

Einstein Bros Bagel

As a shift leader I handled some paperwork and managed a crew of 8 Or 10 the most during a shift. I worked the POS system, barista, kitchen, trash, dishes. Furthermore I cleaned the dining area and the bathroom and around the building.

I prepared coffee, cleaned the machines and followed health codes. labeled what was necessary shadowed the crew members.

Checkers and Rally's

I started as a crew member and worked my way up to the position title Team trainer. My duties included preparing food for the entire day. Included vegetables, sauces, dessert etc.. whatever was on the menu. One of my tasks was to track the counts of each food item. I learned how to place a food truck order. More paperwork at the end of day sales. I cleaned the outside patio dining area. There was a deep cleaning list we all had to follow and sign our initials. I was able to work all positions. The POS, the kitchen line making the food, fry station cooked the fried items on the menu, the grill station and barista.
