Intentions

I am looking to put the many years of Administrative, Audit/Accounting and Customer service skills to work within the local business community. I have worked as an Administrative Assistant, Balanced million dollar vaults, Audit major casinos, done payroll and other accounting functions. These skills give me a vast knowledge of different aspects of the business world that make me adaptable to the majority of business areas. I have very strong customer service skills and I am able to learn any type of computer software and programs.

Have 20 plus years Customer Service experience

Help alleviate customer disputes or concerns

Administrative/Clerical

Answer multi-line phone system and transfer appropriately

Do taxes, all accounting functions to run a small manufacturing company with 10 + employees

Assisted in opening 5 casinos, helping to establish internal policies and procedures that helped govern how the facility functioned. (compliance)

Hands on style but not micro manager, helped my staff reach their true potential and move up to the positions they were interested in.
