Afghanistan - Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) to include two tours of duty: Nuristan Province, Afghanistan (Jan-2009 to Jan- 2010) and Parwan Province, Afghanistan (May 2011- May 2012).

• During a year-long tour in Afghanistan in 2012, mentored the Governor of Parwan, Mayor of Charikar, and the National Secu- rity Directorate (NDS). Using those contacts enabled Coalition Forces to remain informed of Afghan governmental decision making and concerns. The relationship helped identify and locate insurgent networks in Parwan and Kabul Provinces.

• Served as an advisor and mentor for the Brigadier General in charge of the NDS, a CIA equivalent, which responsible for all intelli- gence collection and covert Afghan operations throughout Afghanistan.

• Assumed full responsibility in managing highly specialized work as well as counter-terrorist operations and investigations at the highest levels, in collaboration with intelligence, counterintelligence and counter improvised explosive device (IED) units.

• Conducted extensive operational investigations into the Afghan Mafia that led directly to high ranking members of Parliament and the Ministry of Justice. This required high level meetings with notable Parliamentarians and Ministers.

• In conjunction with NDS, ANP, and ANA investigators, conducted a pilot counter-intelligence review program of the Afghan security services. This was a successful program designed to curb Green on Blue attacks. The program was chaired by an ANA Major General with assistance from every security organization in the Afghan government.

• During first tour in Nuristan, Afghanistan, helped design monitoring stations in close cooperation with former members of the Army Intelligence Support Activity (ISA) in order to provide SIGINT early warning against Taliban and Hizb-e-Islami movements and attacks. Also played an integral role in conducting investigations in Afghanistan encompassing timber smuggling, narcotics trafficking and human rights violations.

Iraq - Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF): One tour of duty in Baghdad, Dora and Karada, Iraq (Nov-2008 to Nov-2009). Primary duties were to analyze intelligence to identify insurgent networks for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) program.

• Accepted an advisory position to the National Investigative and Information Agency (NIIA) in Iraq, a FBI equivalent, mentor- ing the Kurdish Major General regarding overall control of the agency. Operationally conducted joint overt and covert operations with NIIA personnel against both insurgent and Iranian based threats. This was especially relevant due to the political and strategic loca- tion of the Karada Peninsula that remains the home the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), the Badr Corp and Iranian Quds forces.

• Led the 82nd Airborne Division in the effort to establish the first-of-its-kind standard operating procedure for warrant-based targeting in line with the newly enacted Iraqi Security Agreement. Rendered support to the Battalion Targeting Officer and the Assistant Intelligence Officer (S2) in obtaining forensic evidence for the battalion’s prosecution packets.

• Spearheaded the development of a warrant based system that not only set the standard for the battalion but also for the Interna- tional Security Forces (ISF) partners in the 1st Brigade, 1st Federal Police Division. Notable Accomplishments while employed by the DOD

• Received the Department of the Army Commanders Medal for Excellence for Civilian Service 2011 to 2012.Nominated for the Bronze Star and the Superior Civilian Award by the 82nd Airborne Division while deployed in Iraq from 2008 to 2009.

• Recognized as a pivotal contributor in the success of American forces investigative and combat operations against terrorist or- ganizations, such as Al-Qaeda, Jaish Al-Mahdi Army (JAM), Badr Corps, Taliban, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET), and the Hezb-i- Islami-Gulbuddin (HIG) (2008 to 2012). Assisted in the creation of standard methodology for more than 50 warrant packages, which led to the achievement of more than 25 warrants, 10 detentions, and 7 ongoing Iraqi prosecutions in 2008 to 2009.

• Presided over the training to Company Fusion Cells (CFCs) permitting the Army to assess, interpret and advance a picture of the constantly changing enemy situation for each company size operational area in Southern Baghdad.
