• The HR Manager Responsible for all administrative matters for the Constellis portfolio of companies in Afghanistan.

• Assists the Country Manager with disciplinary matter affecting personal deployed by the Company within Afghanistan and supervises all HR Administration personal in such a way as the HR Function Afghanistan performs its duties effectively.

• Coordinated with operations regarding personnel matters and manning requirements.

• Ensured compliance with Afghanistan Labor Law, Company policies and the applicable laws of the countries represented by the in-country staff.

• Liaised with Afghan government officials to ensure compliance with work permits, visas, weapons requirements, individuals’ registration, tax issues, and background checks.

• Determines Afghanistan manning requirements through coordination with Country Management Team, Project Managers, DoD and DoS projects, ISO, and the Exeter Recruiting Office.

• Manages the Afghan HR Function and its associated personnel.

• Oversight and assists all project Manager, Site Security Manager and Risk Management Consultants for coordinating the recruitment and vetting of Local Nationals, in accordance with the company in Afghanistan Vetting and Recruitment Policy and, in a manner, which is consistent with generic processes including C-3 Screening and Vetting and C2- Recruitment Policy.

• In conducting Local National recruitment and vetting, Project Managers, Site Security Managers and Risk Management Consultants will establish personal files containing copies of identification documents and electronic copies which will be uploaded to SharePoint & Polaris as directed by HR Manager, with the following mandatory information completed:

• Recruitment of the local and international employees for Afghanistan.

• Liaise with management to ensure the correct profile of the position is provided.
