Reporting to: Regional Manager- Kuwait, Lebanon & Jordan

Responsible for working alongside operational managers to ensure all HR activities are carried out to the highest standard. Supports and provides guidance, advice and coaching to line managers on all HR policies, procedures and processes.

Providing HR Business support to all departments (Commercial, Finance, Ground Services and Cargo) and to Line Managers in the stations of Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq & Saudi Arabia. Operate as the communications hub for the regional HR team, ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge.

Contributes to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organizational design, retention, reward and employee engagement.

Provide HR support to the business, including documentation and approval process.

Conduct interviews for potential candidates and identify the appropriate pay scale/grade and organize employment process documents with head office.

Conduct job analysis/develop job descriptions for various positions within designated area to reflect key role accountabilities, contribution towards the business and to clarify any duplication with other roles/stakeholders within the organization.

Prepare, revise, and negotiate job offers and financial packages for candidates hired on Professional and First Line Management positions in line with CIB grading system, salary structures (in collaboration with Rewards Analysts) and policies, in order to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.

Conduct new and exit interviews for employees in accordance with HR procedures.

Handle employees’ disputes and setting disciplinary procedures for any serious unprofessional cases.

Ensure compliance on the official requirements of employees- uniform, leave, rebates, duty travel, business cards, and IT Service requirement.

Work closely with the HRIS team to ensure updating all organization restructuring data on HR Oracle system, in addition to perform ongoing health check on the system to ensure all data and changes are regularly updated on database.

Develop and review performance objectives, Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance standards (including code of conduct in consultation with Line Managers).
