I led a remote team of 6 Sourcing Specialists throughout the US.

Worked with Recruiting Managers to identify and develop sourcing strategies.

Updated the Sourcing team weekly on staffing for the US on 7 different P&L’s.

Responsible for the overall management of a staff of 8 recruiters.

I met hiring requirements by developing and implementing an effective recruiting plan and strategy for my team to achieve the centers hiring goals of 4000 Customer Service Agents.

Coordinated job fairs and implemented college-recruiting initiatives. Worked with the hiring manager on developing new recruiting strategies.

Conducted regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Developed a pipeline.
