The company had a hospice. Started my employment with 4Front as a hospice case manager. Was promoted to Director of Education, Program Director for NATP. Wrote the curriculum for the NATP.

(Nurse Aide Training Program). Opened the school and was in charge of ordering all equipment, supplies, ete. Built the school from the bottom up. As Director of Education provided orientation for all new employees and provided inservice education for the hospice employees. Director of Nursing

Served as Director of Nursing. Was a start-up hospice with myself an LPN and a group of PRN nurses that I developed and cultivated.

Supervised all staff- nurses, nurse aides, chaplin, social worker. Was responsible for all scheduling. Supervised all IDG meetings, performed all quality assurance, was on call 24/7, performed monthly staff meetings and when electronic documentation was a requirement in 2016, made the transition to Hospice Soft.
