The main responsibility was to increase the consumer loan portfolio and to also reduce loan losses by the following accomplishments.
Created strong relationships to cross-sell bank products through required training.

The main responsibility was to locate, list, and value all real property for taxation purposes. Achieved the following accomplishments.
Reviewed all property in the county and in all of the towns in Floyd County between August and February each year by using our permitting system for new construction.
Drove and inspected 1500 properties in the County between August and March every year. Our inspections are important in order to make equitable values for new notices to be mailed out by April 1st by picking up all new construction and also verified sales for equalization efforts every two years.
Valued all residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties each year.
Reported biweekly to the Assessor of any problems or issues regarding taxpayers or valuations.
Made sure that continuing education requirements were being met by attending classes and/or seminars or conferences to stay eligible for all Deputy duties.

Perform duties to help assist teachers with students’ learning capabilities in reading, writing, mathematics, and help during lunch and at recess. I primarily stayed in the Cedar Falls Elementary grades because of the tremendous need for paraeducators in grades 1 through 6.
Duties included working with students that had learning disabilities; such as autism, AD/HD, non-verbal and assisting those that have Down Syndrome.
Directed students to other teachers' rooms for other learning opportunities.
