Senior Human Capital Strategy Analyst, Koniag Government Services 2023 - Present

Recruited to provide senior strategic governance and planning expertise and guidance to the newly established Office of Data and Artificial Intelligence Office in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Conceived and developed an enterprise-wide functional community management approach for the emerging DOD digital workforce.
