Ensure that the contractor adheres to safe work procedures for each activity. Try to maintain the severity index by 2.2 or below. Lesioning for various approvals / clearances with different departments (NHAI, Forest Department, Railway, Telecom, Transmission Lines, Municipal Corporations, GAIL, etc.

Approval for energization of electrical installations from various Govt Authorities like CEA, State Electricity Board Approvals, DGNP Approvals, MES and Garrison Engineers etc.

Ensuring formal Contract Closure after completion of entire scope and demobilization of resources accordingly.
