Service Manager is a EUC tool designed to manage IT services which includes Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset management & Service Requests.

Responsibilities:

Using MS Excel spreadsheet test cases were written for the mobile application (Motorola TC70) in EUC for various workflows namely, receiving, check-out, check-in, Move & inventory.

Testing new mobile application that runs on TC70 Motorola scanners used for data transmission from the receiving dock to asset management system in service center. Hand held legacy scanners were replaced by TC70 Motorola scanners.

iMeetLIVE product is an event management product where the user can control the complete event from the moment it is scheduled to the final goodbye. Also included is the analytics part where the user can evaluate the pre and post event details online & even download to make future events get better managed. No production staff needed and create an event and manage in a very professional way to reach the target audience completely on their own.

Initially worked on iMeet before moving to iMeetLIVE.

iMeetLIVE was carved out of iMeet to host events for up to 5000 spectators. Customer beta version would be for spectators up to 500.
