• ENCORE ARCHITECTS – SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT 2019-2023

-BROADSTONE/ WATERMARK IL Tower - BELLEVUE, WA.

Client: Alliance Residential Development

Developed a 320,000 sf/ $150 million dollar project from Entitlement through construction documents. I was Project Architect and BIM Manager for two (2) mid-rise eight (8) story apartment buildings and a 22-story 155-unit independent Living Hi-Rise. Responsible for the design of the cores, structural, MEP, Civil, Site, fire protection, stairs, code analysis and vertical transportation. Developed a shared podium for all three buildings; the podium contained over 220 parking stalls, three transformers, loading for 55’ long truck, accessible 33,000-gallon water storage tank, fire protection room and trash management.

-FILAMENT EAST & FILAMENT WEST- BELLEVUE, WA.

Client: Vulcan Real Estate

Produced construction documents for two buildings by Vulcan Real estate for approximately

$110 million dollars*. Collaborated in the overall development of the project focusing on all the concrete, wall types, roof design, HPAC units and exterior detailing for both buildings. Combined with 302 units, both buildings will consist of a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms and a combined 321 parking stalls.

-FRANZ ANDERSON ROAD – OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON

Client: Low-Income-Housing-Institute (LIHI)

Designer/ Project Architect and BIM Manager from conceptual Design through Design Development for a $24 million dollar/ 71-unit apartment for Supportive Housing in the City of Olympia. Developed the overall site plan with considerations to Wetlands, maintaining trees and proximity/ noise issues to I-5. Developed site parking, trash and loading for phases I/II.

• NBBJ ARCHITECTS – SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

ASSOCIATE – SR. TECHNICAL PROJECT ARCHITECT/ REVIT MANAGER 2018- 2019

-801 THIRD AVENUE – THE NET- SEATTLE, WA.

Client: Urban Visions Seattle Real Estate

Designed all the concrete, roofs, core, stairs, vertical transportation and coordinated all MEP/ Fire protection for 36 Story, 800,000 SF Commercial Hi-rise Office Tower. Developed layouts for all trash, loading and parking for 390 cars and future EV locations. Designed and coordinated site/ below grade Transformer room, structural and related components with Seattle City Light and Sound Transit. Managed a highly complex Revit model, that included Custom Dynamo Scripts and Rhino/ Grasshopper components with a team of 8 people. With an approximate budget of *$300 million dollars this was going to set the new standard for Class A office space in the Seattle market

ASSOCIATE – SR. TECHNICAL PA/ PM/ REVIT MANAGER 2015-2018

-1212 HARRISON & 1232 HARRISON - CHROMA APARTMENTS- SEATTLE, WA.

Client: Holland-Nash Developers

Senior Technical Project Architect/ Project Manager for two separate, vibrant, and colorful apartment buildings at a total cost of $55 Million dollars. Chroma consisted of a combined 376 units and 210 parking spaces. Managed a team of up to eight staff and responsible for coordination with all consultants. Ensured timely delivery of all documentation.

-YESLER TERRACE – Mason & Main - SEATTLE, WA.

Client: Seattle 10th Developers/ Lowe

Senior Technical Project Architect and BIM Manager who developed both phases through Entitlement & Design Development. Situated on a 30-acre site with a grade change of over 40 feet I coordinated all Civil, Site Cores, stairs, vertical transportation, MEP and fire protection. As BIM Manager I created simplified work solutions to optimize Revit model and maintain team efficiency. Yesler terrace consisted of 550 apartment units, 330 parking spaces, 6,800 sf of retail space and achieved LEED Gold with an approximate $135 million dollar budget.

• WAKEFIELD BEASLEY – INDUSTRIAL STUDIO – ATLANTA, GEORGIA

PROJECT ARCHITECT/ REVIT MANAGER 2012 to 2015

-FORYSTH COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND DETENTIONS CENTER -FORSYTH COUNTY, GA. Project Architect/ BIM manager working with HOK developed a $100 Million budget, six floor, five Municipal Court rooms, five State Court Rooms, and Detention Center. Provided guidance, direction and led WBA’s first successful Revit project.

-GWINNET TECHNICAL COLLEGE - NORTH FULTON CAMPUS - ALPHARETTA, GA.

Project Architect/ Designer/ BIM manager for a $14.3 Million budget Technical Learning Building. Designed, coordinated full MEP, Structural and Site for new campus building.

-PRATT & WHITNEY ASSEMBLY PLANT & TEST ENGINE BLDG - COLUMBUS, GEORGIA Developed design and layout for a highly technical 300,000 SF plant and Engine testing facility.

-BUFORD LOGISTICS CENTER - BUFORD, GEORGIA

Project Architect/ BIM manager on a 495,000sf Class A distribution Center.

-SOUTHERN CRESCENT TECHNICAL COLLEGE - GRIFFIN, GA. Designed the core + shell and entry lobby for a $14.3 Million building that consists of teaching labs, classrooms, and lecture halls. Performed all MEP, lighting, structural coordination, and exterior detailing.

-DICK’S SPORTING GOODS - BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA Project Architect on a 215,000 SF renovation. Created construction documentation on addition to an existing store, implementing Dick’s store design guidelines.

-PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE - DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA

Project Architect on a 50,000 SF renovation of existing store using PGA standards/ prototypes. Produced complete set of construction documentation.

• GUNN CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT - ATLANTA, GEORGIA PROJECT MANAGER/ JOB CAPTAIN 2009-2011

-BOCADO-ATLANTA & THE GRAPE AT PHIPPS MALL - ATLANTA, GEORGIA I was the Project Manager for two (2) interior restaurant fit outs. Responsible for the coordination and construction schedule with the architect and all interior sub-contractors. Reviewed specifications and provided shop drawing reviews with subs. Met with clients and subs to resolve all construction, timing, and payment issues to complete project in the specified time frame. Coordinated and reviewed all field inspections. Created, received approval for and executed all relevant change orders.

-DCT LOBBY & COMMUNITY ROOM RENOVATION – DECATUR, GEORGIA Oversaw site demolition of existing lobby and community room for an operating independent living tower. Coordinated all aspects of asbestos abatement, site demolition construction and waterproofing. Resolved all on-site construction issues, timing, and material deliveries. Reviewed and approved all shop drawings. Provided existing tenants with a clean and safe lobby throughout the duration of construction.

-GEORGIA STATE UNIV. FRESHMAN HOUSING & CAFETERIA - ATLANTA, GEORGIA Designer and Project Architect for $14 million/ 350 bed Freshman Dormitory constructed in downtown Atlanta. Successfully developed Cooper Carry’s first Revit Project.

Designer/ Project Architect for a $40 million, 6 story luxury Condos, over retail with parking. Responsible for all code analysis documentation, Exterior skin/ bridge detailing and overall completion and management of Construction Documents.

-Marriot Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel - Boston, Massachusetts Job Captain/ Designer for an $80 Million, 450 bed Hotel, 21 floor hi-rise with 23 meeting rooms, 21,000 sq ft of total meeting spaces. Designed and detailed precast wall system with an integrated metal panel wall system.
