SPRINT / T-MOBILE * Subpoena Specialist - 3/2005 TO PRESENT

As a Subpoena Specialist I am responsible for day-to-day interaction with law enforcement agencies, private attorneys and customers with respect to information requests, receiving service of subpoenas and analyzing them for legal sufficiency, and sending the compliant documentation to the requesting law enforcement agencies or private attorneys in conformity with company policy on subpoena compliance. SKILLS

• I demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strong oral and written communications skills.

• I am proficient in T-Mobile business systems and support software used to retrieve phone records, customer information and stored communication.

• I have assisted the Corporate Security project management team in testing subpoena software. Duties include:

** responding to requests for records, communicating with law enforcement, attorneys and customers and participating in special projects as needed.

** responding to requests from law enforcement agencies, private attorneys, and customers to help explain records received for forensic use, using decision-making skills based on knowledge attained.
