I perform value added strategic and tactical practices rather than just “check the box” tasks. Although, I have not worked full-time in Human Resources for several years I’ve kept current on federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

My goal is to join an organization where I can enjoy a long-term career, rather than “just a job”. I miss the interactions and excitement of working in Human Resources and have decided to seek new employment opportunities.

Specifically, I can offer RGP the following:

• Analysis – analyze special projects, summarize information, identify trends, render opinions and make recommendations on needed actions.

• Benefits Interpretation/Administration – health insurance, leave of absence, 401(k) and retirement plans, wellness initiatives, reasonable accommodation, UI and workers compensation.

• Collaboration and Consultation – partner with stakeholders to influence decisions while incorporating business insight, human resources programs, procedures and policies.

• Compensation and Performance Management – job analysis, annual salary reviews, compensation reviews, performance reviews, corrective action and performance improvement plans.

• Employee Relations – resolving grievances, management consultation and coaching, conflict resolution, diversity & inclusion, employee advocacy, employee engagement, investigations, performance management, policy development & updates, succession planning, terminations and training.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment – sourcing, behavioral based interviews & assessment, salary discussions & job offers, on-boarding/orientation, off-boarding and exit interviews.

• Systems – HRIS, ATS, MS Office, Internet, Outlook, Data Entry

• Research – research new legislation and emerging laws that affect Human Resources practices. Draft policies for legal review, prepare and implement approved policies.

• Risk Mitigation – adherence to employment and labor law, regulatory compliance and internal policies and procedures. Investigate and respond to internal and external allegations.

• Safety – safety committee participation, COVID-19 awareness and reporting requirements.
