I am a semi-retired attorney, practicing law in the State of California since 1972, specializing in the areas of business and employment law over the past thirty years. The emphasis of my practice has been “preventive”, assisting clients in maintaining compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, promptly addressing issues as they may arise, and emphasizing avoiding litigation whenever possible. My duties and responsibilities have included preparation and negotiation of numerous legal documents, participation in Collective Bargaining, Arbitration, Administrative, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution Proceedings, and Appellate Practice.

Outside Interests
I’ve always had a strong interest and involvement in Animal Rescue, and the Humane treatment of animals. My family and I have adopted or fostered numerous dogs and cats since 1959 and have been active participants in the Old English Rescue of Southern California organization from 1998, to date. I served as General Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors of Pet Orphans of Southern California, a non-profit animal rescue organization in Van Nuys, California for a period of 12 years.
