Participate in weekly workforce planning meetings to identify staff vacancies and hiring needs.

Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring needs. Includes scheduling and conducting interviews and making initial employment offer. Inform candidates of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions.

Conduct new hire orientation classes.

Responsible for greeting new hires and entering the I-9 documentation into Workday on first day of employment.

Prepare and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of information.

Process any employee change forms as it relates to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions in Workday.

Conduct workplace investigations in response to formal complaint, including interviewing staff, reviewing related documentation, concluding summary and recommendations for effective and timely resolution.

Responsible for handling and administering FMLA, ADA, and Unemployment inquiries/hearing.

Workers Compensation to include being responsible for; and ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards are met, and the 300 and 301 logs comply, and all incidents are entered into Employers Claim Management.

HR POC for questions as it relates to payroll, benefits, taxes, etc.

Manage the termination process to include conducting exit interviews where appropriate.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands and meeting deadlines.
