Ensure 100% Stock Reconciliation at Warehouse & Compliance to Monthly Material Audit Activity.

Key Intermediary - Demand vs. Supply planning.

Key Planner for maintaining Inventory Levels at warehouse & Material Replenishment at depots.

Ensure FTL achieved during Local & Domestic dispatches.

Log all material movement in system in a time bound manner.

Key Planner - Vendor Management

Continuously strive for new & feasible material vendors resulting in purchasing cost reduction.

Negotiation with existing vendors for decrease in rates.

Rreview and analyze vendor performance periodically to assess the vendor’s suitability and the availability of supplies over time.

Timely submission of Invoice processing bills to Head Office for timely vendor payments.

Month wise submission of MIS Reports to Head Office & Analysis of Consumption report.

Month wise analysis of Cost reports with regards to material consumption.

Key Planner - Manpower Management

Co-ordinating & supplementing Logistics team for cost effective dispatches to destinations.

Ensure proper activity for Testing of materials performed to maintain quality of materials.
