Human Resource Duties
Talent Acquisition
• Monitoring the movement of vacancies based on SLA
• Designing of job specifications and adverts for the line manager's approval.
• Advertise, screen, and provide a shortlisting to the line manager.
• Design an interview guide and sit for an interview with the recruiting line manager.
• Conduct the background check (reference check; qualifications; criminal check; validity of identity documents; work permit; etc.) for leading candidates.
• Prepare the letter of appointment and communicate the offer to the candidate. Employee On-Boarding
