PMC /Construction services for Neom Industrial City project, major earthwork and infrastructure work in area 3 and Roads, the innovation Hub and platform for the Pilot Hydrogen Plant, access road to the NIC coastal village from Highway 5 and plot leveling of the village, and construction of Ring Road.

Project: KEO is Providing Project Management/Construction Management services to King Abdul Aziz Road Development Project (KAAR) in Makkah AI-Mukarramah. ·Managed design and construction of all infrastructure work such as earth work, underground utilities/water lines/drainage/sewers/roads/culverts/bridges/ electrical work including substation.

·Reviewed design progress and contract document, and managed supervision consultant and Alwasl Limitless site team of civil engineers, planning engineer, document controller, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, QC/QA, and QS.

·Prepared a monthly report showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, payments, charges, and variances from standards.

·Negotiated arrangements for design with engineering consultants, Interview and approve supervision consultant staff.

·Coordinated the staffing of the project team, which will vary over the time of the project.

Project :(1) Shams Ar Riyadh Project is a 5.5 Million sq. Meter consisted of Infrastructure and 8000 varied in style and size housing units ; it has an investment cost of over 8 Billion Saudi Riyals. Functions involved but not limited to:

·Managed all work related to infrastructure construction work and buildings including earth work, underground utilities/ storm sewer/sanitary sewer/ water lines/ irrigation lines/roads/culverts/bridges/ electrical work including substation LV, MV, HV, and re-routing overhead power line underground.

·Reviewed design progress at various stages, contract document plans/ specifications and BOQ. Evaluated technical proposals of contractors for biding.

· Reviewed contractor project schedule planed against actual and advised for any foreseen slippage. Reviewed monthly progress invoices, weekly reports, monthly reports, change orders, and recommend/approve.

·Managed supervision consultant and Turner site team. Interviewed and approved supervision consultant staff. Interviewed Turner staff and conducted performance evaluation for all staff under my supervision. Acted as project manager when PM on leave or on vacation.

Project: (2) Jeddah Gate Development Project is a 553,000 sq. meter consisted of 54 separate parcels. The project is a mixed - use development with Infrastructure and 5000 residential units.
