I was a team leader for two nursery hog farms. I was in charge for managing six employees. I assured that the animals were receiving the daily medication needed as well as the regulation of a feeding schedule accordingly to the companies’ procedures. I was in charge of adding the weekly and bi-weekly employee time cards and record of their hours worked as well as assuring the safety regulations were being followed. I assisted onsite veterinarians with drawing blood from the animals.

I worked as an animal caretaker at a hog finishing site, my responsibilities were to administer the proper medication needed to the animals as well as daily feeding.

2018-2021

JBS-Cactus, TX

I worked in fabrication as well as a quality assurance in the kill floor. While holding that position, I was responsible of inspecting the meat products being processed to meet the USDA standards. I made sure that the employees were following SOP procedures as far as disinfecting equipment and working in a safe environment

I was responsible for trimming tenderloins in the meat trimming processing line.
