Change Management Practitioner 6/2019-3/2023

Organizational Change Management Lead for 100% remote the Microsoft Collaboration Suite project, which included the MS Teams and SharePoint installations. Lead a network of 75 change champions who were pivotal in helping facilitate all 4,000 users to adopt the changes, as well as sharing end user feedback with the project team after each of 12 iterations, resulting in the project being delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.
