Processes, monitors, and validates coin and currency amounts in the vault according to company standards and regulations. Maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges. Counts money and balances the vault. Receives, places, and fulfills orders from the Federal Reserve Bank and internal units to maintain required levels of cash.
Waste Connections
July 2015 – June 2017
Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes utilizing the Waste Connections proprietary operational systems.
Interviews customers and record interview information into computer for customer service, talk with customers by phone and in person, to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service. Filled out contract forms, determined charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepared change of address records and issued discontinuance orders.
Demonstrate effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficient.
Interacted with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints in a courteous manner.
Worked in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment with very detailed expectations.

ORNL Federal Credit Union

Assisted members and potential members with their Credit Union financial needs in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner, both in person and on the phone. Received and processed member financial transactions including: process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and share drafts; sold money orders and cashier checks. Balanced cash drawer and transactions daily; sold cash to vault to maintain approved cash limit.
TVA Credit Union

The primary purpose of this position was to assist the Credit Union in fulfilling its mission “To help members grow financially.” Greet members’ with a welcoming, quick and efficient service. Counsel members about Credit Union products and services based upon their needs. Promote services based upon those needs.
Educate and assist members with electronic and online services, such as online banking, mobile applications, and remote deposit.
