2014- 2017 Kelly Services

Spearhead the development of the finance division for the Metro Detroit area. The position includes but is not limited to the following: territory management, lead identification and qualification, cold calling, setting appointments, creating and developing proposals and pricing models, making presentations,

documenting customer agreements, closing sales through effective negotiation. Consultative financial strategies via thorough understanding of the customer's pain points.

Built a non-existent division into one of the most profitable in the territory.

1992-2011 Personnel Power, Inc.

Managed 12 offices in 5 states. Recruited and trained 12 branch managers and 24 recruiters for their respective duties, including but not limited to management and implementation of operation strategies, with a focus on financial understanding and goal setting. Developed initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and motivate the staff to implement the same. Also, hired and trained 12 sales personnel with heavy concentration on selling intangibles.

With the increased sales and multi-branch operations team in place, promoted and trained a seasoned manager to the level of V.P of operations. Hired and trained a sales manager to lead the sales

staff in generating sales from developing leads to closing accounts. Created a telemarketing team in Illinois which eventually housed 12 telemarketers.

The company was initially involved in light industrial. Realizing the importance of diversification, developed strategies to create new revenue streams. With the creation of a clerical and

professional/technical division the company began placing clerical staff as well

as engineering, accounting and IT professionals.

Always diversifying and creating additional revenue streams, created an educational division, supplying substitute teachers. This division was designed to offset revenue loss through the eminent decline of the automotive industry. We were proudly one of the first companies in the nation to provide caliber substitute teachers and para pros to school districts; public, private and charter. Promoted, hired and trained 20 personnel for this division.

The company operated in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arizona and California.

1990-1992 Branch Manager, Employers Temporary Service

Hired, trained and managed three full-time and 1500 temporary staff.

Responsibilities included P & L budget analysis and follow through.

Increased revenue through personal sales. Trained & motivated branch sales

personnel. Most importantly, ensured all clients were supported with the proper amount of staff.

Took a floundering branch and made it the number one branch in the company.
