Hub Driver, Commercial Driver, Inventory / Stock, Sales Hub Driver - Scanning the labels attached to the totes and parts with RF gun so that the manifest will show how many items will go to each store along with filling out a drivers log. Load and unload our work vans with totes and lose pieces of merchandise to the designated stores on our route assigned. Commercial Driver - Taking orders and making sure that the parts ordered are in stock. If a part isn't in stock either call a sister store if they have the part available. If the part is available in another store we go pick up the part and then deliver it to the shop or order it giving them the date when the part will be delivered to them. We handle cash since some of the accounts are set up as cash transactions only or they are making payments to their accounts.
Bringing back cores and returns but always writing a receipt for what we bring back in parts or cash/ checks.
Inventory/Stock - Doing cycle counts adjustments if we are over or under in the amount of parts per part number. Making sure they are in the correct place while we are stocking the shelves with merchandise received daily. Making sure the planograms are up to date as well as doing recalls. Sending out VDP orders that come to our store electronically is done on a daily basis. Sales - Making sure the store is presentable while greeting and welcoming the customers. Helping customers find what the need.
