MHI Compressor:

Manage facilities budget and execute reorganization of flow for CNC and manufacturing equipment.

Air Liquide Reliability Center:

Develop budget and project plan to conduct a Hydrogen SMR/Air Separations Units plant turnaround with a budget of 8 million dollars.

Plan and schedule major maintenance turnaround project and control cost. Assist TAR manager screen vendors and select contractors.

CMMS data mining, in SAP, ERP, Maximo and many other CMMS programs

Review backlog of corrective and preventive maintenance works order. Assign tasks, resource and required materials to accomplish job missions.

Oversee projects with DCS controls to include Allen Brandley, Siemens, GE, Omron, and other PLC applications. Implement online software changes and upgrades to an assortment of field devices.

Plan and budget electrical work to include 110v to 13,600V up to 10,000-amp circuits. Plan and execute motor, VFD, pump, exchanges, and engineering changes.

Plan and budget process and metering equipment for large industrial air systems. Pressure transmitters, transducers, analyzers, ph. instrumentation, water treatment and most I & E requirements for large plants.

Plan budget and oversee Freon and ammonia compressors, tanks, pump, and motors. Use automation controls to maximize efficiency and control operation costs.

Plan and prepare for state inspections of boiler, steam systems and state regulations inspections to include SWPP and OHSA reports.

Review KPI on plants to ensure maintenance is being conducted on a timely basis and cost controls are being followed.

Hunting Subsea Technologies:

Installed Kasto Uni-top a 1-million-dollar inventory management system to open floor space and control inventory with a 1.5yr ROI.

Member of Development Team to design and build a 6,000 PSI high-pressure high-volume HPU for R&D testing and production model.

Designed and installed a new plant air system for redundancies for zero down time operations.

Cyrus One and Western International Gas:

Start up and commissioning of a 15,000 sq. ft. high-density data center with 8 Megawatts of generated power.

Implemented a CMMS program that linked 13 remote locations with over 20,000 pieces of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Managed 11 sites across the US to produce specialty blended gases for industries. A staff of 9 techs conducting maintenance on a large assortment of specialty gas plants for FDA, Medical and industrial facilities needed. We cover all manufacturing, building and ground repair.
