All Information Technology (IT) departments (Network Services, Data Base & System Administration, Business Analyst, Application Development, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, Communications & Cyber Security); Records Management & Document Services; Engineering and Plant Services. Responsible for $16M budget which included all software, hardware, communications contracts, and labor. Performed semi-annual performance reviews for supervisors and reviewed performance reviews for supervisor direct reports. Provided oversight for IT projects. Authored, coauthored or reviewed desktop guidelines, procedures and policies for all areas of responsibility. Developed training material and conducted training for Plant Maintenance personnel on the use of the databases and availability of parts in the Material Management System.
