oReviewing surveys and plots for placement of property and starting of construction.

oEstablishing schedules for the design, execution and planning of numerous projects, to include construction of armory IT safe rooms, electrical upgrades for three CBP aircraft hangars, and renovation of the entire Del Rio TX BPHQ compound HVAC systems without any disruption of mission.

oDirecting, planning, and organizing various types of construction such as remodeling pre-existing as well as new construction.

oOverseeing and scheduling subcontractors in order to provide a quality product and ensure customers satisfaction.

oObtaining permits and clearances for next phase in building and final occupancy.

Hazardous Material Program Manager

Served as the Hazardous Material Manager for the 902nd Civil Engineering Squadron, Randolph AFB, TX.

Provided customer service and guidance to units for the use and management of EESOH-MIS accounts to maintain compliance with all USAF, federal, state, and local hazardous material related to operations of the HAZMARTs and user level shops.

Responsible for the creation and implementation of new shops and users into EESOH-MIS, to include building shop processes and related material for their respective AUL.

Handled day-to-day operations of the Hazmart/Cap/P2 Facilities.
