I have an open mind as a lifetime learner building my personal & professional brands by educating others through my own real-life experiences, research investigations, as well as knowledge by training seminars, conferences, and other courses building my expertise in areas such as participation levels in the polity, criminology, policing, and the technology used in the criminal justice systems.

My philosophy of teaching offers a safe learning environment empowering students to take ownership of their personal and professional development. Student will participate by conducting academic research applications and discussions challenging their viewpoints and positions using knowledge gained throughout the course.
