Coordinate and run all Preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors and owner contractors, review submittals and specifications and imply them into the day to day operations, review all contracts making sure all sub-contractors are in compliance, Coordination meetings with owners & architects, review all code compliance for each set project and implicate them into the day to day operations, Coordination and set up subcontractor meetings, meeting with company onsite staff each day to review daily activities, review of all drawings, Review and complete project budget, organize all onsite construction activities, organize all construction deliveries, coordinate all city inspection, coordinate and follow all fire department regulations, Follow all OSHA safety regulations, organize and coordinate all safety meetings, organize all weekly sub-contractor walks, follow up and complete all architect and owner reports, organize and complete all punch list, organize and complete all testing for all systems, organize all owner training, organize all sub-contractor construction training, organize all site cleanup, organize and coordinate all closeout documentation.
