Responsibilities for counter attendant

• The ability to pay attention to details

Previous experience in retail a plus

• Must be passionate about coffee, from raw been to roasting, grinding and

extraction • Previous Food & Beverage and/or retail experience required

• Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English

Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights

Qualifications for counter attendant

• Exposure to high volume restaurant environment

Knowledgeable about food and able to confidently speak on and properly

serve such items

Experience and ability to up sell

• Customer centric focused on providing a positive guest experience

• A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• A thorough understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
