During my time as Director Customer Development, I have delivered many new items, volume growth, and trade spend efficiencies for several major clients. I have earned accolades and support from Rite Aid, our Clients and CROSSMARK. During my time at CROSSMARK, I have managed several major Manufacturers across many categories at Rite Aid; First Aid, Household Chemicals, Vitamins, Hair Care, Candy, Beverage, Pet Food/Care, Food-Grocery/Snacks, Skin Care, Bath, Cosmetics, Summer Seasonal, and Party Supplies, I have grown Factory Sales across all clients through new item placements, improved/effective promotional planning, and Plan-O-Gram revisions. National Account Manager – Rite Aid Corporation 2006 - 2013

As a National Account Manager for Reckitt Benckiser, I have become extremely adaptable to change. During my long career with this company they have acquired several major brands, across many different Categories. This has given me the ability to become very adaptable and knowledgeable across many different categories. These constant additions and changes have provided me with experience similar to working for a new company every few years.

The categories that I have built my career on include:

Main responsibilities as a National Account Manager at Reckitt Benckiser included:

·Drive a positive account specific and brand specific P & L. This required positively impacting Gross Sales, Freight Discounts, Cash Discounts, Trade Spend, returns/unsalables/markdowns and individual product contributions.

·Meet and exceed assigned Net Revenue, Gross Margin and Market Share targets.

·Accurately Forecast against assigned account’s Base, Promotional, New Item and Special Pack demands.

·Strong understanding and accurate management of sales planning system (Siebel).

·Executing Corporate Promotional Strategies and creating/executing account specific promotional strategies.

·Using strong analytical skills to utilize all available syndicated data and account specific loyalty and POS data to present and sell in, shelving initiative, new items, promotions and go to market strategies.
